What counts

Complete technical training, if possible in one of the utilities (HKLSE) Cross-disciplinary understanding in the field of home technology and craftsmanship Embossed service and customer orientation Communication skills in German (at least B2) Driving licence class B required

Your contribution to us

Self-employed and responsible maintenance and repair work in and around the building Building technical support and maintenance of objects Handicraft activities (e.g. small repairs, testing and inspection tours, as well as replacement and renewal of wear material) Coordination and instruction of craftsmen and maintenance companies as well as control and acceptance of externally assigned maintenance work
