They control or accompany the entire operational personnel work in the course of the Employee Lifecycle and manage the entire recruiting process. They are active in building our new location. They work in partnership, constructively and trustfully with our job-creation and internal editing bodies and cooperate in projects, partly across locations. They report directly to the staff manager at the site in Saarland.

They have a completed bachelor's or master's degree programme with a focus on staff and/or personal training and a long-term professional experience (approximately 5 to 7 years) in the aforementioned fields of activity, preferably in the metal and electrical industries. Experiences in the construction of a production site (Greenfield) from HR professionals are desirable. They are predominantly self-employed, are com­municative and are combined with an embossed service character. You are safe in handling MS Office and SAP HR; Known in terms of SAP SuccessFactors are of advantage. They bring travel, in particular during the preparation phase at a different location in Germany.
