Installation, maintenance and maintenance of all Windows server systems and network components (Managed Network of Ubiquiti Unifi) Configuration & maintenance of existing TK solutions (OpenScape Unify) Support in commissioning new locations (DSL, router, network, hardware) Installation, care and support of various software products/application publications User setup/management, creation and implementation of permission concepts in Active Directoy Support of availability and backup systems Second-level support of team-specific topics Documentation of IT systems and processes in an internal wiki Monitoring of licences Cooperation in projects at national and federal level
