Central contact point for all questions and tasks relating to facility management. Participation in the professional maintenance of buildings, technical facilities and outdoor areas in close cooperation with the team. Coordination of maintenance, inspection and maintenance work including emergency measures. Development of optimization, refurbishment and improvement proposals to ensure a stable and energy-conscious operation. Support of domestic engineering in the event of tasks as required. Ensuring a well maintained plant condition and guaranteeing order, cleanliness and a good external effect. Takeover of readiness and occasional weekly services in the context of operational requirements.

Successfully completed craftsmanship or technical training, preferably in the electrical field, ideally with master or technician completion. Experience in facility management, first leadership experience is assumed. Safe handling of popular MS Office applications. Embossed technical understanding and good organizational capacity. Ownership of a fork certificate.
