For our refurbishment, refurbishment and new construction projects on the campus of the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel you work as a builder (m/w/d) in the field of construction management to project control. You are working in an interdisciplinary team of colleagues (m/w/d) and freelance architects and engineers (m/w/d) Development of construction projects and construction maintenance measures from basic determination to completion, with a focus on performance phases 6–9 Coordination with other project participants and regular participation in construction meetings Creation of performance lists including subsequent examination of offers and execution up to acceptance You monitor the processing of residual performance and deficiencies You support the project management in the preparation of contracts with freelance workers Control and verification of services freelance workers from planning and execution to acceptance
