As we grow enormously as a transnova RUF, we are looking for new talents. We are looking for a specialist (m/w/d) in the spare parts service at the next time possible.

As our specialist (m/w/d) in spare parts service, you work intensively and team-oriented.

Your task area

• National and international distribution of spare parts
• Creation, processing and tracking of spare parts, orders and production piece lists
• Technical advice of our customers as part of the spare parts sales
• Direct contact (m/w/d) for our customers in the parts identification and clarification of spare parts requests
• Ensuring commercial contractual and payment conditions
• Provide the necessary information for customs processing

Knowledge and skills

• Complete technical or commercial vocational training
• Professional experience in spare parts distribution or technical service desirable
• Secure handling of MS Office
• Basic knowledge of an ERP system desirable
• Negotiating German knowledge in word and writing as well as good English and language skills required in word and writing
• Team skills, learning pleasure and good communication skills
• Structured and careful working
