Basics: You gain basic engineering skills in mathematics, physics, engineering mechanics and material science Specialization: Let yourself be specialized by application-oriented knowledge in heating, room air and sanitary technology, building automation and integrated planning Craftsmanship: Acquisition and application of basic manual and machine skills and knowledge, e.g. forming, primary forms, joining, data processing and electrical engineering Implementation & Methods: Acquire social and methodological skills and methods for solution-oriented processing of practical engineering tasks Space for orientation: You go through the Department of Lehrwerkstatt and get to know the everyday working life as a planning engineer (m/w/d) in the central system consulting and as a technical sales engineer (m/w/d) throughout Germany and get an impression of all possible areas of application in which you can work after your completion

Qualification: Successfully completed general university maturity – ideally with the performance course mathematics or physics Practical experience: Ideally, you already have experience in utility technology and building technology, e.g. by training to the plant mechanic (m/w/d) SHK or another technical training Your interests: You have talent for scientific topics Language & Personality: Good knowledge of German and English as well as strong team skills and commitment

Mobile & flexible work: We offer our dual students the opportunity to work mobile on 2 days a week. Your working time can be flexible Compensation package: We offer our dual students in Germany an attractive compensation package according to IG-Metall-Tarif NRW including holiday and Christmas money (up to 1440.99 € brutto/month) Guaranteed takeover: After successful completion you will be guaranteed for one year Foreign Office: A semester abroad at one of our foreign locations is optionally possible during the study. We will take care of a WG room for you if you are currently living more than 60 km away from Remscheid Rental fee during your studies: For the time in Karlsruhe you will receive a grant for your apartment i.
