As a working student (m/w/d), you support us in the design and implementation of diversity & inclusion (D&I) measures - and can thereby actively shape our corporate culture. Conception and implementation: You support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of our D&I strategy and measures for Germany. Communication: With your team you will design our D&I communication and keep our communication platforms up-to-date (e.g. Intranet/Internet, presentations, MSTeams channels). Events: Your tasks include the support for planning, organizing and performing internal events (e.g. Deloitte Diversity Days, Virtual D&I Spotlight Sessions, Workshops). Search and data analysis: You conduct research on D&I topics, analyze data and first report. Special projects: You will be involved in special projects as required.

Study of economics with a focus on human resources, social sciences, economic psychology or comparable degree programme Ideally first practical experience (e.g. through internship or training) Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) Communication strength and social competence, openness for new and fun working in the team, independent and result-oriented work German and English very well in word and writing
