Your task As a tourism businessman (m/w/d) in our travel agency in Karlsruhe, you work at a location with long-term regular customers in a quiet consulting-atomical donation, as the office is spatially separated from the center. Your daily business

• Advice and sale of worldwide holiday tours of all popular tour operators

• Booking and handling of flat-rate and individual trips in the usual tourist Booking systems

• Active care and long-term binding of our customers across all Communication channels

• correspondence with customers, tour operators and service partners

• Active participation in the sales success of the branch

• Training as a tourism businessman or a comparable Skills in tourism distribution - alternative multiannual professional experience in active Travel sale in a travel agency

• safe knowledge of tourist booking systems and organizer products

• Pleasure of personal advice and sales

• service-oriented appearance and communication strength in dealing with customers Customers
