Team Leader Warehouse Logistics for the areas of Goods Receipt / Picking / Final Packaging (m/f/d)

for goods receipt / picking / final packaging

Leadership and development: expert management of a team (incoming goods, import/customs, consolidation/final packaging), including employee planning, division, development and implementation of employee talks. Process and quality management: Ensuring timely order processing (OTD) and productivity through monitoring and continuous optimization of workflows. Compliance and audits: compliance with legal, customs and operational requirements; carrying out process controls, handling of incidents and monitoring of external audits (e.g. Airbus). standardisation and training: creation and maintenance of work instructions and training documents (Single Point Lessons); implementing employee training, cross-qualifications and instruction; Ensuring compliance with standards (e.g. 5S). Interface Management: Close cooperation with internal interfaces (in particular quality inspection) and external customers as a central point of contact for process disruption and coordination of projects. Operational support: If necessary, support of adjacent processes and operational cooperation to ensure the smooth running.

Training: A completed training in the field of logistics, e.g. for warehouse logistics, specialist warehouse (m/w/d) or comparable. Funded logistics expertise and leadership experience: multi-year professional experience in logistics, including proven leadership experience in this field. Specialized knowledge: knowledge of hazardous goods processing and/or customs processes are desirable. IT competence: Secure handling of common office applications (MS Office / Google Sheets) and ideally knowledge of SAP (AP1). Personal strengths and working methods: High sense of responsibility, independent working methods, enforcing ability and pronounced service orientation. Communication and languages: Very good German knowledge (C1 / C2 level), English skills are advantageous. Team and competence development: High motivation for the further development of the team and their own skills. Additional qualification: The possession of a fork certificate is desirable.
