Our client is an internationally successful and innovative technology company focusing on automation, digitalization in the industry, infrastructure for buildings, decentralised energy systems, mobility solutions for rail and road transport, as well as medical technology.

Tasks:

• Responsibility for planning and confirming customer orders taking into account material availability, desired dates and production capacities
• Close coordination with manufacturing, engineering and material procurement to ensure the timely order processing
• Central interface between customer/distribution region and internal departments
• Supporting customer orders during the product start-up and run-out phase, developing required system settings and process optimizations for efficient processing
• independent customer support as part of functional and visual acceptances as well as their overall coordination including Preparation and maintenance of all necessary documents

Qualification:

• Complete technical training supplemented by a specialist training to the specialist or technician with the focus on logistics/order processing/production control
• Multiannual professional experience in the supply chain environment with focus on order processing and production control
• Secure handling of MS Office applications and experience in the use of SAP modules (SD, MM, PP)
• Impressed communication skills and enforcement
• German and English knowledge in word and writing
