We are looking for you as Project Procurement Manager (m/w/d) to support the existing team at the Bremen site at the next possible time.

Implementation, control and monitoring of all procurement activities in the project based on existing strategy patterns. Coordination of all interfaces involved in the project for procurement. Creation of project-related key figures / project reporting for project controlling. Control of the creation of project-specific purchase contracts with the integration of all interfaces and consideration of the multi-project view. Ensure knowledge of potential relevant procurement markets. Set up the Sourcing Council / awarding team. Implementation of demand analyses or planning of individual procurement activities. Preparation and (through) management of negotiations and supplier selection within the framework of specifications and guidelines. Creation of a documented strategy for implementing procurement activities in the project, which is followed and updated. Professional leadership of buyers/purchasing teams.

Completed university studies, masters or diplomas, or otherwise acquired several years of professional experience in the field and, if necessary, appropriate further training. Good IT skills (SAP, MS Office). Knowledge of contract law (BGB, HGB). negotiating skills based on experienced negotiating situations.
