System Engineer Manager (m/f/d)

Ensuring a continuous chain of processes, methods and tools in engineering Support in the implementation and training of methods, tools and processes in engineering and ensuring a sustainable application Monitoring compliance and correct application of defined processes, methods and tools Transparent representation of engineering performance by dashboards and key figures Initiation, management and control of measures for optimizing processes and performance in engineering Implementation of special projects and special tasks for the further development of the department and engineering

Successfully completed university studies of natural or engineering sciences or comparable degree with multiannual professional experience Qualification in the field of “systems engineering” or willingness to acquire it; ideally multi-year practical experience in system engineering or in the development of technical products (e.g. software development, MBSE) Experience in the collection and processing of company data (performance) and control using key figures Ability to quickly capture complex and abstract relationships in technical and organizational systems Embossed communication capability, results-oriented work, high compromise capability and joy of decision Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
