Praktikant Social Media & Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

You develop short form content for our employer brand, primarily for Instagram #droetkerkarriere, but also for TikTok and YouTube Shorts. You plan formats, implement ideas and cut videos. You keep track of trends and transform them into content that suits us. You support our employer branding team to make Dr. Oetker visible and close as an employer. You help organize career fairs and are part of the team on site. You accompany individual steps in recruiting for different target groups.

You study communication, media, economics, psychology, pedagogy, or a comparable study program. Social Media is part of your everyday life. Especially on Instagram you know what's going on (Reels, Hooks, Trends, Formats). You have a good sense of content that works from short videos to clear messages. First experience with video or image processing (e.g. CapCut, Canva) is a plus. You work independently, structured and can set priorities. You are open, creative and reliable and you want to implement things. Very good German and English skills are yours.
