Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the smooth business process in the entire service area of our restaurant and SB Biergarten area (including Terasse ) and are competent contact persons for guests and employees

You continuously satisfy our quality-conscious international guests through high-quality service quality and continuously optimize our quality standards and organisation of the process

Participation in the planning and execution of special events

You work independently and independently

Control and expert handling of R&B products and work equipment

You support our reservation department when accepting reservations

You are responsible for the implementation of the optimal personnel deployment planning, the personnel management of service personnel, salaries and cashiers, as well as for the coaching and training of employees
