What you do with us: In the field of quality assurance (QS): You coordinate and perform regression tests before releases – manually or automatically – and document the results in a structured manner. You analyze errors and crash reports using tools (e.g. Sentry) and identify patterns you play back to the team. You work actively in the development process, give feedback from QS perspective at an early stage and are an expert on quality topics. Quality Assurance (QA): You analyze existing test structures (unit, widget, E2E tests) and improve quality, structure and wartability. You write new tests for features and previously insufficiently covered areas in close coordination with the development team. You can help develop tools and methods (e.g. Maestro, CI/CD, Device Cloud) and make your own suggestions. In addition: You work semi-self: priorities are coordinated together, you are responsible for the implementation. You bring ideas to tools, processes and quality standards and actively shape decisions in the team. Your focus is entirely on QA/QS topics, so you can drive quality forward sustainably.

You think structured and carefully and have a strong eye for detail. You have programming experience in at least one language. You are interested in mobile development, ideally with first knowledge in floodters or darts. First experiences with automated tests are of advantage, but no need. Ideally, you have touch points with E2E frameworks like Maestro or similar tools. You have a strong quality awareness and want to continuously improve processes. You bring a hand-on mentality, initiative and openness to new technologies. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.
