Guided employees in the areas of internal audit, sustainability management, funding management, and damage management and insurance Planning, preparation and implementation of risk-oriented audits of all kinds for all companies Implementation of data analyses, special checks and delicacy audits Identification of opportunities and vulnerabilities and recommendation of solutions Preparation of audit reports, implementation of follow-up audits and reporting to management Annual programme planning and risk management for internal audit Building and further development of IKS, compliance and corruption prevention CSRD-compliant sustainability reporting as well as the collection and analysis of relevant ESG key figures during the financial statements Care and processing of our supply chain and indicator protection system Coordination and further development of funding management Strategic insurance management and management of operational damage management

Successfully completed studies in economics or comparable qualifications Found experience in internal auditing, ideally in a hospital Knowledge of sustainability management, funding management, damage management and insurance Good IT skills (in particular MS Office, SAP, ORBIS) Expressed analytical thinking and judgment High level of responsibility and integrity Very good communication skills in word and writing Careful, structured and targeted working
