You take on the entrepreneurial responsibility for your area and develop it strategically and economically. Around 50% of your activity is due to the expansion of your network, the acquisition of new customers and the acquisition of projects in the technical facility management. You identify market potentials, develop individual customer solutions and accompany the entire sales process until the conclusion of the contract. You maintain sustainable relationships with customers, investors, owners and other decision-makers in the real estate and industrial sectors. You conduct your operational FM teams targeted, ensure the successful implementation of the projects and are responsible for revenue, result and quality of your area. You work closely with the management and the central departments and represent the company with customers and industry events.

Successfully completed studies or a comparable qualification in the field of facility management, supply technology, building technology or industrial engineering. Multiannual leadership and sales experience in technical facility management or a comparable technical service environment. Detectable successes in the acquisition of projects as well as a resilient network to decision-makers of the real estate industry, industry or contracting entities. Entrepreneurial thinking, strong customer orientation and a safe occurrence at management level. High own initiative, negotiation skills and final strength. English skills are desirable.
