For ''Facility Management - Operation, Maintenance & Energy Management'', we're looking for a 'operation engineer (w/m/d)' at the Fürstenfeldbruck site Manager (m/d) The area is responsible for the operation, repair and maintenance of the building equipment as well as the building control and energy detection systems as well as the implementation of construction measures. The provision of all energy supply systems to ensure a satisfactory and trouble-free location operation and to achieve the operating results and the objectives of Facility Management also fall within the department's tasks.

Contact person and advice of contracting entities (departments, building owners) for new and new buildings As a project manager, you will accompany tasks such as planning and development of ideas from new buildings to renovation projects, from design to technical service in the operating phase of our plants. You carry out cost estimates, cost checks and technical acceptances, check technical installations for warranty defects and negotiate with our contractors You coordinate, support the implementation of an external service provider and later lead the service provider in the field of maintenance and maintenance work, check compliance with legal requirements and initiate appropriate measures As part of our sustainability strategy, you are working to meet climate targets Participation in the preparation of performance directories and tender documents in cooperation with internal/ external bodies Examination of internal and external planning services and, where appropriate, Correction Monitoring of exporting firms and decrease in construction services Ensuring and complying with statutory regulations including the necessary safety checks Responsibility Project documentation Support for further external sites in technical and organizational matters Travel activities 20 - 30% depending on the projects

Completed studies (B.Eng., M.Eng., Dipl.-Ing.) with the field of supply technology/ electrical engineering and comparable qualifications with planning and construction management experience Long-term (>5 years) Professional experience in an executive planning/engineering office, in object management or on client side In­house initiative, self­sufficiency, team­ability, fast access and organizational skills A cross-working conception and communication skills Experience with CAFM programs Impressive ability to consult and negotiate Ability to set priorities, optimization of effort/result Experience in handling suppliers and high enforcement capacity Safe handling of MS Office Basic knowledge in measurement, control and control technology Flowing German knowledge and good English skills
