Tasks

Financial planning and budgeting: creating and monitoring budgets and regular target-actual comparisons. -Controlling processes: Development and optimization of controlling instruments to increase efficiency. Reporting: Creation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and meaningful analyses for management.

• Cost control: checking and controlling the cost centers and identifying savings potentials. -Prognoses and scenarios: Creation of forecasts and scenario analyses for strategic decision-making. -Project controlling: Support for commercial management of marketing projects, including profitability analyses. -KPI management: development and monitoring of relevant KPIs for success measurement.

Requirements profile

Qualification: completed studies in the field of business, economics or professional experience with a focus on controlling/finance (preferably in the marketing or service sector) -Analytical Skills: Embossed numerical affinity and the ability to explain complex relationships in a comprehensible way. -IT knowledge: Secure handling of MS Excel and common ERP systems (e.g. SAP, DATEV); Experience with BI tools of advantage. -Soft Skills: Own initiative, communication strength and a structured way of working. -Language knowledge: Very good German in word and writing
