Head of Quality & Training (m/f/d)

Your tasks: Responsibility for the qualitative and quantitative fulfilment of the training and recertification of all commercial employees at HAM site Responsibility for basic training of new employees at HAM site Close cooperation with the nationwide departments Quality and Training Implementation of a continuous improvement process in our own responsibility Close cooperation with the relevant authorities (federal police etc.) Coordination of cooperation with third parties Responsibility of complaint management for HAM site Reporting to the HAM station & department manager and close cooperation with the operational functional units, planning and personnel department Close cooperation and coordination with the Heads Quality & Training of other German Securitas locations

Your qualifications: Successfully completed studies in relevant discipline of advantage Deep experience in education and training and quality assurance Management experience knowledge of operational handling and control processes at airports Professional qualification according to § 5, 8, 9 LuftSiG helpful, but not required Competences in Process and Project Management Analytical, structured and conscientious working methods, very good numerical understanding Independent and solution-oriented thinking and action Flexibility and openness for dynamic working conditions Walked and safe occurrence and communication strength (orally as in writing) High social competence and integrity High performance and stress resistance independent organized mode of operation, detailed, resilient, careful, reliable, cooperative, trusting Very good knowledge of relevant software (including MS Office) Reliability and discretion Valid driving permit and perfect Leumund Knowledge of Quality and Controlling
