Custody account manager for the art asset depot (m/f/d)

Ensure storage: You ensure the professional storage and care of the collection material. Organize depot operation: You monitor the depot order as well as cleanliness, safety and technical facilities in the depot area. Control environmental conditions: You monitor climate and storage conditions and accompany pest management measures. Coordinate object management: You organize in- and out-positions, maintain location data and support inventory and documentation in the database. Accompanying object transports: You cooperate in transport, packaging, assembly and suspension of objects. Support service providers: You coordinate external service providers, such as forwarding or maintenance companies. Development of storage concepts: You support depot elevators as well as the planning and optimization of storage concepts. Observe building responsibility: You recognize defects in the building and depot area and report them accordingly. Changes of tasks are reserved.

You have completed vocational training as a museum or exhibition technician (w/m/d), in the field of electrical engineering/electronics, in the field of heating, ventilation or sanitary technology, in facility management or comparable training - also cross-income are welcome. You have experience in the fields of storage and logistics, ideally in handling art and cultural goods. You bring technical understanding of warehouse technology and building operation. You have craft skills, for example in box construction, in simple packaging or minor repairs. You ideally have knowledge of relevant standards in the area of storage and shelf systems. You are safe in handling databases and documentation systems. You provide the willingness to continue to qualify in the field of conservative treatment methods, for example in climate, cold, heat or nitrogen processes. You work carefully, structured and responsible. You are team-ready and efficient. You have organizational skills and bring the willingness to flexible deployments in the depots. You have a class B licence, ideally in addition to the classes BE, C or C1. You have an industrial truck licence (so-called forklift driver license) or bring the willingness to purchase it.

Remuneration is carried out according to the pay group 6 of the Church Employment and Remuneration Regulation (KAVO) and, depending on the professional experience, is currently between EUR 1,620.15 and 1,63.10 gross at 19.5 hours per week.
