Welder (m/f/d)

You don't just want to weld components, but you're actively involved in creating an aircraft that really flies at the end?

With us you do not work on standardized series products and also not in anonymous large industry. Instead, you produce precise metal components that will later become part of a complete gyrocopter.

In our metal sector, no mass product is produced, but a high-quality aerospace product in real manufacturing work. You work on individual frames and components, introduce your craftsmanship and see how a finished aircraft is created from individual components.

Tasks

• Welding of components and assemblies in the metal sector, in particular in the WIG process
• Frame construction for our individual Gyrocopter models
• Welding of small parts such as pedals with welding seams up to 2 mm, in the aluminum range up to approx. 6 mm
• Cleaning and preparation of components for the welding process
• Mechanical reworking by drilling, lowering, grinding and other methods
• Implementation and participation in product-specific welding tests
• Compliance with quality standards and work and safety regulations
• Support of adjacent production areas to ensure smooth operation

= qualification

• Completed craft training with relevant experience as a welder (m/w/d)
• Found experience in WIG welding
• Precise, clean and quality-conscious operation
• Individual initiative, team skills and flexibility
• Technical understanding and safe handling of drawings of advantage
• Ideally first experience in handling ERP systems
• Very good German knowledge (min. C1, fluent in word and writing)
• Motivation to contribute to the production of a high-quality aviation product
