HR IT Systems Specialist (m/f/d)

Support, administration and further development of our European HR systems (e.g. HRM and time management) Support in the implementation, configuration and integration of new systems and functions Analysis and optimization of HR processes at European level and development of appropriate system solutions Creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards and data analysis Ensuring data quality and compliance requirements Definition of system interfaces, imports, exports and reports (e.g. wage and salary accounting, time recording) Interface management between HR, IT and external service providers Contact person (m/w/d) für Fachbereich und Key User bei alle HR-Systemfrage Preparation of training material and training of colleagues in the various HR systems Cooperation with international teams and external HRIS providers

Completed studies of business management, (economic) computer science or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in HR IT / HRIS, ideal in an international environment Knowledge of common HR systems (e.g. Rexx, SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.) Good understanding of HR processes (e.g. administration, recruiting, Compensation & Benefits) Routinized handling of MS Office, especially Excel Analytical thinking and ability to translate complex requirements into solutions Experience in project management Communication strength and ability to cooperate across hierarchical levels Very good knowledge of German and English
