Production control of mobile concrete mixing systems: implementation and documentation of factory production control (WPK) for road surface concrete according to DIN EN 206 / DIN 1045-2 and TL Beton-StB – from the input control of the starting materials via the monitoring of metering, fresh concrete characteristics up to the release and release and/or Rejection decision at the plant Creation of initial tests for road construction sites including participation in the development of recipes and the evidence of conformity according to TL Beton-StB Continuous testing of building materials in the concrete and hydraulically bound and solidified supporting layers – in the field and stem laboratory, according to DIN EN 12350/12390, TP B-StB Monitoring of concrete road construction sites according to ZTV Beton-StB: acceptance tests at the site of installation, production and testing of test specimens, drilling core removal from roadway ceilings, tests at the finished performance Participation in research and development as well as in the dimensioning of concrete roads (e.g. according to RDO Concrete) – from testing new building materials and constructions to measuring technical support of pilot routes Evaluation and audit-proof documentation of all test results, preparation of test reports for contracting entities:internal and construction monitoring as well as ongoing coordination with plant personnel, construction management and prefabricated column

Completed training for:to the construction material tester:in (in the field of mortar and concrete technology) or comparable qualification (e.g. concrete tester course, concrete manufacturer:in, construction technician:in with laboratory and construction site experience) Knowledge of concrete technology, in particular road concrete Safe application of the control units DIN EN 206, DIN 1045, DIN EN 12350/12390 and TL / ZTV Concrete StB / TP B-StB B-StB form available or willingness to acquire short-term employment (funded by the employer) Knowledge of hydraulically bound support layers (HGT) and solidifications (HVT) of advantage Experience in factory production control (WPK) or mixed/transport concrete systems desirable Embossed reliability, decision-making under time pressure and sovereign, binding occurrence against construction management and contracting entities: Unrestricted readiness for multi-week construction sites in Germany and abroad Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with digital test data acquisition of advantage Class B driving licence (forced required)
