Department of Medical Management and Organization | Berlin Reinickendorf Do you want to actively shape the medical strategy in one of the largest healthcare networks and take responsibility for key future topics? Then you are right in the field of medical management and actively shape cross-departmental processes as well as the strategic development of medical care.

The Department of Medical Management and Organisation deals with numerous topics that are close to medicine and concern the entire group. These include concepts in the medical strategy and the organization of medical processes. (often digitally supported) concepts for necessary structural adjustments are developed, which serve to ensure an excellent quality of treatment, employee integration and the competitiveness of our company. Other topics include emergency rescue, assignment management, ASV, the management of cardio and baby slots as well as the support of the 20 Medical Boards. Extensive project work is a spectrum of the department.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of cardio and baby slots

Project management and participation for group-wide medical-strategic projects

Participation in concept development in the medical strategy (medicine portfolio and location strategies)

Care of the medical boards together with the medical department management

Creation of market and allocation analyses

Contact person for the Berlin fire brigade, in particular at the interface to the central emergency receptions and the leading coordination of the preclinical emergency care, e.g. NEF, STEMO

Implementation of legal framework conditions in clinical practice

Representation of the Department and Director of Medical Management

Approbation as a doctor, if possible with professional recognition; Promotion desired

comprehensive clinical background with hospital practice, for example in the areas of quality, process and project management; as an alternative experience in consulting hospitals
