Expert*in Learning & Development (m/f/d)

We are looking for the Business Operations and Organization at the Bonn or Berlin site for the first May 2026 or an Expertin (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) Learning & Development for three years.

In the area of Learning & Development, we develop modern specialist training, innovative learning formats and accompany executives as well as teams in their further development. We are looking for a project-richn expertin who manages the learning projects, develops new training opportunities and advances our organization with fresh ideas.

Project management of learning projects – from job clarification to concept development to implementation (solo or team) independent support of specialist trainings including participation management and administrative implementation (e.g. AI trainings, journalistic trainings) and cooperation in the internal onboarding team Selection and control of coaches in close coordination with internal customers Advice and support of managers in the planning and implementation of team-specific specialist trainings conceptual creation and implementation of a company-wide competence management Working with the development and introduction of modern learning forms, e.g. web-based training, learning impulses or peer-based training continuous improvement and further development of learning opportunities further tasks in the field of learning & development, such as the implementation of information and communication formats for knowledge transfer

completed studies in the field of personal and organizational development, psychology with focus on work, organizational and economic psychology, pedagogy or completed training with additional qualification or long-term expert completed coaching training or detectable consulting competence Multiannual relevant professional experience in the L&D, training or HR environment Experience in training development and implementation Experience with competence models, learning taxonomy and evaluation processes of learning offers safe handling of Microsoft 365 and other HR applications Curiosity and initiative in handling AI applications readiness to learn, openness and joy in personal development safe occurrence, high cooperation and professional handling of employees, executives and bodies Enthusiasm for work in an innovative, interdisciplinary and diverse team pronounced German knowledge (min. level C1) and very good English knowledge (min. level B2); other foreign languages of advantage
