Sales Representative in Telephone Service - Focus on Inbound (f/m/d)

The regional club ADAC Nordbaden e.V. was founded in 1947. In the meantime, more than 140 employees work in our five offices in Nordbaden. Here we take care of the topics of mobility, travel & vacation, insurance and of course ADAC membership.

As a call agent, you become the first contact person for our members, customers. Actively, directly and as required, sell our ADAC memberships, insurance and financial services. You answer upcoming questions in a targeted and result-oriented manner, thus ensuring a comprehensive solution of all concerns and complete your cases with careful documentation. Through your attentive support you contribute significantly to the achievement of our corporate and sales goals.

You have successfully completed your commercial training or experience in the commercial sector. In direct contact with people you are characterized by your friendly, communicative way and your persuasive power. Your determined appearance, targeted action and your fun in sales make it easy for you to sell actively and directly. In addition, you have fun in the telephone consultation and interest in mobility, insurance and financial services. Last but not least, look forward to working in a dynamic team and convince us with your independent, solution-oriented way of working as well as safe handling of MS Office.
