As part of the 24-month trainee program, you take early responsibility and get to know the core legal areas of our professional association: You deal with demanding questions in social security law, procedural and administrative law as well as civil, labour or company law. You will learn to draw up sound opinions, legal opinions and convincing proposals for decisions for different bodies and management levels. You advise executives and departments in a solution-oriented manner and bring legal clarity into complex matters. You conduct cross-departmental projects and accompany change and organisational processes. You gradually assume independent responsibility and develop in a targeted way towards a demanding senior legal function. We systematically prepare you for a senior management function. To do this, you go through various areas of our administration, work on cross-departmental projects and actively develop concepts. We continuously expand your professional and personal leadership skills through targeted training and the gradual takeover of responsibility.

A successfully completed study of law with first and second legal state exams (full legal counsel*in m/w/d), at least once with the note “satisfactory”. Funded knowledge of social security and related legal areas. Willingness to take responsibility, to communicate decisions clearly and also to be sovereign in challenging situations. A structured, result-oriented and independent way of working together with pronounced self-reflection.
