IT Services Manager with focus on Service Now (m/w/d)

As part of the team of central ICT service management, you are actively involved in the tasks relating to internal consulting, the reception and documentation of ICT services. They accompany the introduction and expansion of the ServiceNow platform. In doing so, you are working to develop the internal processes around the management of ICT services and their implementation in ServiceNow and to continuously improve usability. For the departments, you are the first respondent to the implementation of requirements in ServiceNow and develop the underlying processes and workflows.

They have a degree in (economic) computer science, mathematics or a completed training with several years of professional experience in IT, ideally in application care or development. Ideally, you will bring first experience in application development with ServiceNow (GRC and SecOps) and are motivated to further develop your knowledge here. A strong understanding of data architectures as well as the willingness to engage in complex technical and technical contexts are the key features. Thanks to your logical and analytical thinking, you are able to also take into account competing goals and development strands. In addition, you convince by a safe occurrence, pronounced communication skills and enforcement ability.
