For the reliable operation and maintenance of all technical equipment – from heating and ventilation to climate, sanitary and fire protection You organize the maintenance according to legal requirements, work with specialist companies and authorities and keeps all deadlines in mind Regular controls ensure operational safety, recognise modernisation needs and implement energy efficiency measures Technical processes and systems are clean in the CAFM system – for full transparency and good traceability You develop clear requirements for maintenance, take care of environmental and occupational safety and take over statutory audit tasks

You have a training as master, technician or engineer (Bachelor/Diplom) in utility technology, building technology, facility management or a similar area You have more than 3–5 years of professional experience in technical building management or maintenance of plants You know yourself in the technical building equipment and are safe in handling regulations such as BetrSichV, DGUV, DIN or WHG/AwSV You have experience in controlling service providers – ideally also for listed buildings You work safely with CAFM systems and MS Office, bringing basic electrotechnical knowledge and owns a license class B
