Department 1 - Higher Education and Strategy Department 2 - Higher education and training We are looking for 01.11.2026 in parttime (19.915 hours/week = 50%) with the possibility of a temporary increase in hours Senior Consultant (m/w/d) The department works closely with the Rectorate as part of the Department of Higher Education and Strategy. It is integrated into the current development tasks of the University as part of overarching projects and takes responsibility at the interface to faculties, institutions and bodies. The team coordinates and accompanies the work of the central university bodies and supports faculties and institutions in development and structuring projects, in particular in the development of perspective and target agreements.

You design and review corporate regulations (e.g. orders, statutes, guidelines) of the university and develop viable solutions. You advise the university management, scientific institutions, bodies and the administration in basic and implementing matters. You accompany administratively central bodies and support their members in their tasks both in terms of content and in procedural matters, e.g. in the management of the session or in elections. You accompany administrative recruitment procedures as well as the university election meeting.

You have the second legal state exams (full jury) or equivalent skills, experiences and qualifications. You have professional experience in science management, ideally in the development of higher education or organisation and in the support of bodies and persons in management functions. You convince by a sovereign appearance and a clear, convincing communication with diverse target groups and interfaces and have experience in controlling complex voting processes. You have the ability to work independently and independently as well as service-oriented, predictively in the development of new solutions and are characterized by creativity, collegiateity and organisational skills. Excellent knowledge of German and good English are just as natural for you as the safe handling of common office software and digital tools (e.g. collaboration software).
