Specialist Product Development Liability Insurance (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our cross-species team in the product management of the private customer divisions, we are looking for a specialist with a strong expertise in private liability insurance. In this function, you play a central role in the strategic and content development of our private customer portfolio. You are driving forward the concept of modern, market-oriented and future-oriented insurance solutions. Your main focus is on the further development and optimization of our private liability insurance products. In your team you meet people who take responsibility and bring their personal strengths. Then get yourself in: You are initiative: You develop our product portfolio in liability insurance strategically and professionally, taking into account market requirements, regulatory framework conditions and sales objectives. You keep an overview: you analyze market, competition and inventory data, identify optimization and innovation potentials and derive sound recommendations for action. You take responsibility: You take a key role in the product development process, represent the concerns of product development in cross-departmental working groups and control projects in product management. The product development is in your best hands: you control product development projects and are a key contributor to this. You work closely and in partnership with Actuariat, Damage, Product Marketing, Law and IT. Your expertise is in demand: You advise internal stakeholders in professional product issues and support a market-oriented and target-group-oriented positioning of our products.

Education: You have a successfully completed study of economics (ideally with a focus on insurance) or a comparable qualification with a well-founded professional experience in the insurance field. Experience: You have several years of experience in the insurance sector in dealing with private liability insurance and have a deep understanding of insurance conditions and regulatory requirements. Knowledge: You are characterized by deep-saving knowledge as well as pronounced analytical skills and have experience in the structured evaluation of market, competition and inventory data to derive strategic measures. Personality: You like to work in the team and act independently as well as engaged. A pronounced sales, customer and service orientation is of course for you.
