As part of the technical planning team for energy services, you support our customers in the fast transition of gas-based or oil-based heat solutions to sustainable solutions such as heating based on heat pumps. You are part of a new business field under construction and are responsible for sub-areas of performance and support their conceptual development.

Your tasks:

Takeover of project management for the implementation of heat projects from project calculation to the beginning of energy supplies Acquisition, consulting and audit support Implementation of calculations to optimize and design heating systems for single and multi-family houses, including:drawing of 3D CAD models of buildings Building heating load according to DIN EN 12831 Heating surface adjustment and hydraulic adjustment by method B.

Coordination and negotiations with network operators and executive experts Development of internal processes to improve solutions and performance

You have completed a technical study, have a training as a technician for heating, ventilation and air conditioning, or a comparable completed training and have good business and planning knowledge Ideally, you bring relevant professional experience (e.g. as an energy efficiency expert) from the planning of renewable energies, with focus on heat pumps and have experience in project management You have technical competence and ideally experience with CAD programs and interest to build new know-how in the field (e.g. Hottgenroth) You are characterized by efficient planning and independent, very good work organization and feel comfortable both in customer talk and in technical planning.
