Your future job: For our customers Maersk, a global leader in the international logistics and e-commerce distribution industry, we are now looking for team leader (m/w/d) logistics for the Herleshausen site as part of the employee transfer.

A state-of-the-art and large-scale logistics centre is currently being built on site, which will commence operation next month.

Professional leadership and support of a small warehouse team Coordination and monitoring of daily workflows Introduction and support of new employees Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process requirements Support in personnel deployment planning Contact persons for employees and supervisors Communication between team and management Support in achieving performance and quality objectives Creation and maintenance of documentation and reports

First experience in a leading role, for example as team leader, shift manager or foreman Experience in the field of warehouse, logistics or supply chain management Good knowledge of German in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office applications Embossed communication and organizational capability High sense of responsibility Self-employed and structured work Teamability and enforcement Willingness to shift work
