Accounting of current business transactions on a weekly basis (booking) Creation and settlement of payments on a weekly basis (payment transactions) Creation and submission of monthly pre-tax applications Creation of monthly evaluation packages from the accounting of the supervised companies Creation, coordination and submission of fiscal annual accounts and the annual tax declaration to be drawn up Examination of tax rulings and correspondence with the tax office, e.g. answering questions, extensions of deadlines, reduction requests Processing of administrative enquiries such as, for example, statistical reports Controlling evaluation support Support for the central administration of the supervised companies Participation in the further development of digital processes in internal accounting

Successfully completed training on the audited account holder (IHK) or an economic study with a focus on finance/taxes Multiannual relevant professional experience in accounting, ideally supplemented by previous training as a tax specialist or tax specialist Very well-founded knowledge of HGB accounting Tax knowledge: Funded knowledge in German tax law Secure handling of Excel and DATEV
