Control Group Agent – Luftfracht (m/w/d) QuickSTAT

Every day we safely and reliably transport thousands of critical shipments to the whole world - from personalized medical therapies and test preparations to human organs, tissues and blood products to biological samples and more. Your task would be to track the transport of these special goods in our systems and to be in constant contact with our suppliers and the customer service team.

Monitor and update shipping orders via QuickSTAT IT company systems. Persecution of shipments from origin to final destination by updating all important milestones and checklists. Efficient communication with our partners (service partners and airlines/careers) to ensure that the needs of QuickSTAT customers are always met. Cooperation with the Customer Service Customer Service Managers (CRM) and the Operations Team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Development and implementation of customer-oriented operations guidelines and procedures

Training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable training Professional experience in air freight Very good knowledge of German and English Secure application of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Service orientation, friendliness and team skills High reliability, resilience, flexibility and easy operation Pleasure of decision and independent working Ready to work in layers between 7:00-20:00
