The area of responsibility shall include:

the organization and overall responsibility for the business part with the areas of nature protection, water law and soil protection with a total of approx. 20 employees the representation of the department management the processing of legal fundamental matters as well as of particular cases the management of scoping and discussion appointments in the context of water-law admission procedures and other procedures of outstanding importance (e.g. legislative procedures) Changes to the task section remain reserved

Your qualifications are:

a completed degree programme to the Dipl.-Managementswirt (FH) or Bachelor of Arts Public Management (m/w/d) and thus the ability to upscale non-technical administration multiannual professional experience as much as possible in the area of the lower state administration authority responsible personality high performance and a high degree of independence, durability and flexibility strong communication skills and negotiation skills a sense of politically sensitive and publicly effective facts the ability to moderate and balance diverse, often conflicting interests the ability to practice a situational leadership style of advantage are leadership experience and knowledge of environmental law
