Head of object FM/TGM (m/w/d) for our shopping centers / CITTI Markets

Support and central contact persons of our properties in coordination with the company managers Planning, commissioning, monitoring and documentation of maintenance work as well as maintenance and repair measures partly in close cooperation with the internal construction department and our home technicians in the properties Coordination and support of experts and expert examinations Takeover of new buildings to the FM/TGM Persecution of warranty claims Order management, audit/delivery

Master / Engineer (m/w/d) from the field of building technology, electrical engineering, large-scale refrigeration, utility technology, civil engineering, building management, etc. Experience in the construction and/or construction services of shopping centres and food trade Secure handling of MS Office and CAFM software Self-employed and earnings-oriented work Class B driving licence, as well as readiness to travel 4 days/month
