Head of Geology (m/f/d)

You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Geology department at the Hanover site and develop it in a targeted manner. With your expertise in the fields of building land, waste and land recycling, you control projects across all phases. As a central contact person, you are competent and solution-oriented to advise existing and new customers. Together with your team, you are responsible for sales and earnings and are responsible for an economically successful orientation of the department. When implementing the projects, you control and coordinate re-contractors for laboratory and drilling and ensure the quality.

You have a degree in geosciences, geology, civil engineering, chemical engineering or environmental engineering or a comparable qualification. You bring several years of professional experience in the geological environment, ideally complemented by first leadership or control responsibility. When dealing with customers and employees, you will be safe, binding and value-adding. Communication strength belongs to your profile as well as joy in leadership and cooperation. Your own initiative, commitment, reliability and a good self-management characterize you. Good IT skills as well as very good knowledge of German in word and writing are certainly used in everyday work. Ready-to-home travel and a class B licence complete your profile.
