Production Employees / Machine & Plant Operators (m/f/d)

As an employee (m/w/d) in our production team, you are directly involved in the production of high-quality plasterboard and ensure the operation of the production facilities and the smooth running of the production processes. You will take over the following main tasks: Providing cardboard for plate production operating the mixer and the forming station operation and control of scissors, printing systems, wet crossing, dryer inlet Monitoring the proper production process from dryer to stacking plant Removal and storage of the plate stacks at predetermined storage locations Operation and monitoring of calcination systems including loading Compliance with applicable safety regulations

Complete craft or technical training or comparable work experience Ideally, you already bring plant and process knowledge from a manufacturing company with Ready to work in 3-shift operation (from Monday to Friday) Forklift truck Technical understanding and strong security awareness Teamability, both within your department and across department Willingness to participate in training Good German knowledge
