In this position, you take over the monitoring and securing of the network operation, recognize and document disturbances and control their processing until the successful elimination.

Ensuring trouble-free operation in the WAN environment and ensuring network availability Continuous monitoring of telecommunication systems, network components, servers and storage solutions by remote monitoring and status queries Identification, documentation and detection of faults in the ticket system and forwarding to the relevant departments Analysis and assessment of incoming alarms, classification of events and introduction of necessary escalation measures Control and coordination of the participating bodies during fault processing and close cooperation with different departments

Experience in the handling of ticket systems as well as knowledge in the monitoring of IT and telecommunications systems and the acceptance of fault messages Understanding network and transmission technologies Willingness to work in shiftwork and secure English skills in the professional environment Knowledge in telecommunications or communications technology is desirable and advantageous German language skills in word and writing
