independent preparation and implementation of banquets and meetings Setup and Mise en Place and final control of our two festivities Service and care of our guests during events Beverage and food service at celebrations, conferences and events Letters, leadership and motivation of your team during the event Preparation work close consultation and coordination with our event management Representation of the event management in absence Preparation and care of the breakfast buffet Guest service during breakfast Cleaning and cleaning

Experiences in the hotel industry or gastronomy well maintained appearance You are customer-oriented and team-ready You love the service at the guest and have fun at work Ready for weekend, and holiday work Stress resistant and resilient Good to be able to remember food sequences, drinks selection and program Basic gastronomic skills (zap, serving, beverage preparation)
