Head of the Integration Department (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the personnel and technical management of the Department of Integration. You decide on basic questions and develop organisational frameworks as necessary. You identify integrative needs and create tailor-made offers to promote participation and integration. You develop financial resources and are responsible for the submission of applications, development of concepts and the preparation of evidence of use and statistics. You report budget estimates and monitor compliance with budget requirements.
