As (Junior) Scrum Master (m/w/d), you are responsible for supporting Scrum teams in the application of agile methods and procedures, as well as the moderation and execution of all relevant Scrum events.

Agile team support Support Scrum teams to apply agile methods and procedures Moderation and execution of all relevant Scrum events, in particular: Sprint-Planning Sprint review Sprint-retrospective

Active participation and moderation of agile planning formats such as PI-Planning, Big-Room-Plannings or comparable scaling formats Identification and elimination of impediments at team and organisation level Promoting self-organisation, continuous improvement and transparent cooperation Support for the organisation in the introduction and scaling of agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban) PMO and project management tasks Support of project or programme managers in the planning, management and organisation of projects Preparation of status reports, project documents and management presentations Support in tracking project progress, risks and measures Maintenance of project plans, backlogs and relevant project management tools Organisation and documentation of project and control meetings

First practical experience in agile environment, project management or PMO (e.g. through professional experience, internships or student work) Ideally multi-year professional experience Safe appearance in the moderation of workshops and meetings, also with larger groups Ability to design conflicts and actively accompany change processes Ideally Scrum Master certifications (e.g. PSM I/II, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master) Safe handling of common office tools and ideally project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, MS Project or comparable systems) Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Independent, solution-oriented and independent work You are ready to travel and would work with our customers on site (Fokus Munich)
