Insurance and Finance Clerk/Senior Account Manager in the Field (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for your customers and maintain a firm customer base – mainly from the office/home office as well as in occasional appointments on site in Berlin/Brandenburg/Mecklenburg-Vorpommern You advise professional customers, in particular from the service sectors, and strategically design customer support with the aim of long-term business relationships You take customer needs and risks, introduce them to the development of individual insurance concepts and support the specialist areas in the preparation and negotiation of appropriate insurance offers As an interface between customers and internal departments, you also coordinate complex concerns, align customer interests and our corporate interest with each other and for convincing solutions You coordinate market surveys and tenders, including in the framework of public procurement procedures, in cooperation with our specialist experts You maintain and develop existing customer relationships, actively ask for recommendations and acquire targeted new customers Also in complex damage cases, you accompany your customers and coordinate cooperation with our specialist departments and/or insurers In addition, you take over the ongoing contractual support and care as well as the reliable time and deadline monitoring

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification, ideally complemented by a further education to the specialist or business economist (m/w/d) At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position with a technical insurance broker as well as cross-species expertise and sound consulting expertise Multiannual professional experience in the care of industrial customers (industrial insurance) You think strategically, also recognize the essentials in complex situations and keep an overview Embossed customer orientation, convincing argumentability and a professional appearance You work independently, solution-oriented and like to work in the team and go confidently with challenges You are digitally affin and open to new systems and processes
