Tasks at Geiger

• Examination of contract in the context of tenders on various basis (GU contract, functional description of performance and other contract documents)
• Risk assessments on potential construction time changes
• Compilation of entitlements to the construction contract
• Scheduled and contract-oriented listing of supplementary offers in cooperation with the costing department and the relevant specialist departments
• Preparing and working up the construction time supplements, among others, in the context of disturbed construction processes
• Ensure contractual documentation and support for correspondence
• Preparation and implementation of follow-up negotiations, and enforcement of compensation claims
• Appraisals, offers, NU-requests for accuracy

We look forward to it

• Complete study of civil engineering, industrial engineering construction or BWL with focus on construction/construction management
• Knowledge in the fields of construction, construction contract law, construction planning and calculation
• Good knowledge of MS Office, iTWO and scheduling software as well as excellent German skills and readiness to travel
• Teamability and safe occurrence, communication strength, enforcement ability and negotiation skills
