Social pedagogue for the Therapeutic Youth Residential Community – Terra-WG (m/f/d)

• six young people aged 12 to 21 and an experienced, multi-professional qualified team with room for innovative development work, • a close care setting of 1:1, • cooperation with a large child – and youth psychiatric care networks in and around Rostock, • reference support in tandem, • weekly team meetings, • collaboration with a professional and humorous interaction team, • regular supervisions, • a fixed-term employment ratio for 2 years at 34h/week with the option of increasing weekly working time.

• a completed university study of social work / social education, • willingness to work in the 2 shift system (spring & late services), • professional experience in working with mentally ill young people is beneficial, • You are patient and have empathy for the needs of young people in special situations of life, • team spirit and flexibility, • Additional training such as systemic counselling, family counselling, traumatic counselling and the willingness to develop in these areas is desirable.
