You ensure the smooth processes by organizing the material procurement and supporting the team in preparing the billing.

You have completed training in the heating and sanitation industry or a comparable technical field. You are safe in handling MS Office; Ideally, you have already gained experience in the customer service organization and with an industry software like Labelwin. Your work is independent, solution-oriented and you attach great value to quality and service. You convince by a friendly, professional and secure appearance in direct contact with customers: inside. You communicate in word and writing in German.
