These are your tasks Leadership and coordination of a multi-site team of business analysts Ensuring consistent and high-quality business analysis results Active cooperation on complex requirements and projects Support and advice of the specialist areas in pre-project and demand phases Structured recording, evaluation and preparation of requirements Cooperation with IT project management, architecture roles and other stakeholders Contribution to the continuous improvement of cooperation, transparency and reliability in the IT-Demand environment Ensuring compliance with IT governance policy and corporate standards

That's what you bring Multiannual professional experience in business analysis or comparable roles Experience in the professional leadership or coordination of teams Very good understanding of requirements, dependencies and decision processes Structured, pragmatic working and good prioritization Communication strength, safe occurrence and enforcement capability Very good knowledge of English and German in Word and Writing (min. C1) readiness to travel regularly
